BlueSkys is a dual purpose horticultural project.

BlueSkys aims to produce naturally grown vegetables and fruit using organic growing principals whilst providing meaningful occupation and education, for those with or recovering from mental ill health and/or with a learning disability.

BlueSkys was conceived and set-up by Pembrokeshire Frame in its ongoing quest to help the environment through recycling and to help people into voluntary or paid employment.

Harvesting
The project aims to provide work or training for up to 25 Frame volunteers per week with a further 10 placements for external organisations.

Where is BlueSkys?

BlueSkys is based near Johnston, Pembrokeshire.

The land has been redeveloped and a crop plan prepared allowing seasonal produce to be grown throughout the year.

BlueSkys will work on organic principles to produce naturally grown fruit and vegetables and recycle wherever possible.

BlueSkys is proving popular with many orders received for the box scheme.
