A Specialised Supported Employment Service

Key Steps is a supported employment service for people with mental ill health
or learning disabilities


We aim to support people in training, voluntary work or paid employment.
  You can visit our office based in Johnston or we can visit you at a convenient location.



What we can do for you:

Offer advice and guidance

Set up work tasters

Raise employers awareness

Act as a liaison between employer and employee

Assist with Job Searching




Provide DDA guidance (Disability Discrimination Act)

 Increase disability awareness

 Tailor made service to suit needs

 Set up voluntary work placements

 Liaise with training providers
