Training courses
	As well as providing valuable support to the organisation volunteers are also encouraged to take up training opportunities themselves.

All training courses are free of charge:

Recognised and certificated training is provided both 'in house' and in partnership with Pembrokeshire College and are available on site. Courses available:      Customer care      Team leading      Call handling      Warehouse and Distribution These are offered up to National Vocational Qualification level 3 and Open College Network level 3. Training is also provided in:      Lifting and handling      Health and Safety at Work

Work related accredited training: FRAME also provides various work related accredited training courses operated under the Open College Network, including:      Induction      Working Safely      Introduction to Household Electronic Equipment      Using Woodworking Tools among others.

Computer courses are offered from 'Computing for the Terrified' through to 'CLAIT' and the 'European Computer Driving Licence'. Also, 'Show your Computer who's Boss' a two stage course on customising your computer set-up and modifying components. Also available is basic skills training in Numeracy and Literacy.
