FRAME is based on a very simple idea, the organisation motivates people.

Out of that motivation comes an essential ingredient in improving peoples lives, self-help. Whether in sheltered or open employment FRAME provides a daily structure, a valued social role, increased self esteem and self confidence.

FRAME offers opportunities to individuals:
to test their ability to work
to develop new work skills through training
to develop life skills
by providing:
a real but supported work environment
a good work ethic

accredited training courses
