'FRAME promotes social inclusion, self worth and personal well being through supported, meaningful occupation and education, particularly for those with or recovering from mental ill health and/or with a learning disability.'

FRAME is based on a very simple idea, the organisation motivates people.

Out of that motivation comes an essential ingredient in improving peoples lives-self-help. Whether in sheltered or open employment Frame provides a daily structure, a valued social role, increased self esteem and self confidence.

FRAME offers opportunities to individuals:
with or recovering from mental ill health and or with a learning difficulty and or suffering from social exclusion:
to test their ability to work
     to develop new work skills
     to develop life skills
by providing:
     a real work environment
     a good work ethic
