Pembrokeshire FRAME, in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council, offers a bulky waste collection service for large household items such as beds, fridges and furniture.

How to request a collection

Book through Pembrokeshire County Council

To request a bulky waste collection, please complete the Bulky Household Waste Collection Form available through My Account on the Pembrokeshire County Council website.

Once your request is received by Pembrokeshire County Council, it will be forwarded to Pembrokeshire FRAME. We will then contact you to arrange the collection.

This service helps reduce waste and supports the local community, ensuring that unwanted items are disposed of responsibly.

Please only place items outside for collection when instructed by Pembrokeshire FRAME. Collections are made from outside the property.

£25

The charge for collecting household items is £25 for 1–5 items and £5 for every additional item.

A 3-piece suite counts as three items, and a table with four chairs counts as five items.

These guidelines help ensure your collection can be arranged safely and efficiently.

Important rules

  • Only the items listed in your request will be collected.
  • Please accurately specify what needs to be picked up.
  • Payment must be made in advance during the booking process.
  • Once submitted, bulky waste collection requests cannot be amended due to van space limitations.

Items we cannot collect

  • We currently cannot collect heavy items requiring more than two people to move.
  • Examples include very heavy items such as pianos.
  • If an item was not included in the original request, it cannot be added on the day.
  • Please do not place items outside until FRAME has instructed you to do so.

Complete the Bulky Household Waste Collection Form through My Account on the Pembrokeshire County Council website.

Pay in advance

Payment for the collection must be made in advance during the booking process.

FRAME receives it

Pembrokeshire County Council forwards your request to Pembrokeshire FRAME.

Collection arranged

FRAME will contact you to arrange the collection and advise when to place items outside.

Please remember: items should only be placed outside for collection when instructed by Pembrokeshire FRAME.
