Bulky Waste

Pembrokeshire FRAME, in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council, offers a bulky waste collection service for large household items such as beds, fridges, and furniture.

How to Request a Collection

To request a bulky waste collection, please complete the Bulky Household Bulky Household Waste Collection Form available through ‘My Account’ on the Pembrokeshire County Council website.

Collection Guidelines

  • Fee: The charge for collecting household items is £25 for up to 1-5 items and £5 for every addition item. Note that a 3-piece suite counts as three items, and a table with four chairs counts as five items.
  • Items: We currently cannot collect heavy items requiring more than two people to move (e.g., pianos).
  • Specified Items: Only the items listed in your request will be collected. Ensure you accurately specify what needs to be picked up.
  • Unchangeable Requests: Once submitted, bulky waste collection requests cannot be amended due to van space limitations.

Collection Process

  1. Payment: Payment for the collection must be made in advance during the booking process.
  2. Scheduling: Once your request is received by Pembrokeshire County Council, it will be forwarded to Pembrokeshire FRAME. We will then contact you to arrange the collection.
  3. Preparation: Items should only be placed outside for collection when instructed by Pembrokeshire FRAME. Collections are made from outside the property.
