GET ON YOUR BIKE FOR FRAME Virtual Cycling Challenge
Pembrokeshire FRAME has launched its first-ever virtual cycle challenge in-order to raise money to help support adults with learning disabilities and or mental health issues in Pembrokeshire.
Get fit and raise funds for FRAME
These days, post covid fitness goals are harder to reach than ever, but Pembrokeshire FRAME has a great solution. Signing up to ‘Get on your bike for FRAME’ virtual cycling challenge which provides a great opportunity for members of the public to take on a new challenge and get fit, all whilst raising vital funds for vulnerable adults. Great for getting out doors, maybe having fun with your friends and family, organising a team. If you are on holiday visiting Pembrokeshire, what better way to support the local community whilst exploring the county on your bike?
Participants at FRAME need your support now more than ever
Like many charities, Pembrokeshire FRAME has been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. As a training and reuse charity the pandemic disrupted many of our workshops and retail activities, causing income generation to drop.

Paul Hughes Chief Operating Officer at Pembrokeshire FRAME said: “For anyone wanting to take part, not only is it a great opportunity to tick off a personal fitness goal, but whilst doing so, you will also be making a difference to the lives of participants at Pembrokeshire FRAME. Lockdown has taken its toll on individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues. FRAME is all about supporting individuals helping to increase confidence and self-esteem. Covid prevented participants from coming to our site, meaning they couldn’t come in and see their friends and colleagues or do any of their training and work experience. As government guidelines ease we are now experiencing increased demand for our support and we are looking to develop the range of support that we can offer. By registering to take part in ‘Get on your bike for FRAME’, you really will be helping FRAME support our most vulnerable participants during a time they need it more than ever.”
Choose your own distance and cycle wherever you like
